I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with the service department at Lockhart Cadillac has been so consistently terrible that I feel obligated to warn others. I own a 2022 Cadillac that cos the service department at Lockhart Cadillac has been so consistently terrible that I feel obligated to warn others. I own a 2022 Cadillac that cost over $120,000, and in the past year alone, it has spent 96 days — and counting — in their shop across three separate visits. Every single time, I hear the exact same excuse: “We’re waiting on parts.” That was understandable in 2020. It is not acceptable in late 2025. Cadillac is somehow able to get all the parts they need to build brand-new vehicles, but according to this dealership, they can’t get parts to fix the vehicles they’ve already sold to loyal customers. My most recent visit has been the worst of all. My car has been at Lockhart since October 23, 2025, and as of today, it is still not repaired. I’ve been given five different promised completion dates, and every one of them has passed with zero communication from the service department. I’ve had to call in myself for every update, only to hear the same story repeated over and over. The advisor assigned to my vehicle has given me multiple dates that never happened. There is absolutely no accountability, no transparency, and no urgency when it comes to customers who need their vehicle serviced. For a brand that markets “luxury service” and “premium ownership experience,” this dealership delivers neither. I do not recommend this service department, and at this point, I cannot recommend Cadillac as a brand either. If you value communication, reliability, or timely repairs, look elsewhere. More

If you’re expecting upscale service from a Cadillac dealer, you won’t find it with Lockhart. As a Cadillac owner for several decades, this dealership has been going downhill for some time. If you need to communicate with them for anything, from completing a purchase to simple follow up, expect to have to make 10-12 calls before they bother to get back to you. Words can't even describe how mad I am at Scott Dawson & Gerald Collins. Since 9AM I was trying to give a deposit and lock up a 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV Sport out of state & over the phone, but unfortunat Gerald Collins. Since 9AM I was trying to give a deposit and lock up a 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV Sport out of state & over the phone, but unfortunately Gerald moved so slow that another buyer came in and grabbed the car while he took 7 hours to send me the information and paperwork. Every step in the process took 2 hours for a call back and I sat there contemplating going over him and calling a manager, but I stayed patient and respective, and it completely backfired on me. I was a ready, willing, and able buyer and he fell asleep at the wheel. I was so excited about this truck and the package that it offered. I blocked off my whole day to be attentive for this deal only to be told at 4:00 that it was “just sold”. I do not recommend this dealership at all.
