Two visits for same recall - still no service I was given a recall notice for a door latch repair and left my vehicle for repair (1st appointment) several weeks back - then was notified that I'd n I was given a recall notice for a door latch repair and left my vehicle for repair (1st appointment) several weeks back - then was notified that I'd need to bring it back to correct a problem with the work they did on that recall. I returned the vehicle (also had a problem with scheduling - they gave me the wrong day for my appointment after I'd called dealership directly - then lost the original appointment after I had to cancel on line - it doesn't offer you an option to reschedule - I was told by the scheduling person at the dealership that the online scheduling didn't work well and not to use it! I checked by original appointment date and time (7:40am), and they still had that slot open - it was my original appointment! Took car back in (2nd appointment) and it sat all day, then when I picked it up they said it hadn't been looked at all! Offered me a rental car but by then I didn't have any confidence they'd fix it by the time they told me for promised time, so opted not to take the rental. Now I have to make a 3rd appointment to get the same recall item fixed! No one has called to set up my appointment! What has happened to the wonderful Livermore dealership I thought I had? My husband commented he's rethinking purchasing his next replacement Prius - might consider something else. The service agents are wonderful - could they please call me to get my vehicle if something like this happens, then I can have it and bring it back when they have more time. He and Eric also were kind and delivered the car to my home. Unfortunately this is where things fell apart. When the car was delivered, I asked that I be shown how to charge my car. The plug was not with the car. So I was told that they would get it to me over the weekend. That night, I was looking over the car, books and the sticker stating all the car came with when I noticed that I didn't receive a Tonneau cover that was listed under standard installation equipment on my model VIN JTDKARFP7J3088771. I didn't get a card with phone # from Jericho, so Saturday I texted a message to Eric stating that I also didn't have a tonneau cover, and could he or Jericho let me know how to get the plug and cover. Silence.... I called, sent text messages, then finally a person from Livermore called (Tuesday or Wednesday) to ask how my experience was, and I told them my issues. Eric called me back and said that Jericho would get them to me. Thursday, I got a call from Jericho asking for me to drive to get them, as the weekend was coming up, and they were too busy selling cars to bring them to me..... His exact words! If they had called me back on Sunday the day after I got my car, i would have driven there without any problems, but a week later that they wanted me to drive an hour and a half to the dealer, then an hour home to come and get parts that should have already been in my car and after so many unanswered messages I said no that I could not as I had work obligations. Jericho said that he'd call me back to tell me how he would get them to me. No one called to tell me how they would arrive. I stated that I would leave a poor review unless they were at my home when I got there Friday night. 10 pm Friday, nothing on my porch and still no message. The plug arrived in the mail on October 22nd. I still don't have a Tonneau cover, and no word from either Jericho or Eric when or if I will ever get one. I purchased the car through the Costco program. I was happy with how the pricing was set up, I was happy with the sales activities. I am terribly unhappy that no one checked my car to make sure everything was in there before I got it, and when it was discovered, that service has been horrible getting it resolved! More

We were scheduled to see a car in Brentwood(not a Toyota) but stopped by. We almost left but David offered us a deal we couldn't easily refuse. He reached out and made the experience a pleasure. This was the first time we did not hate buying a car. I would recommend David and he should monitor his sales force so the client gets the very best. David is the very best. We initially went in to look at used cars but purchased a brand new Highlander replacing the 2008 Highlander Hybrid. blue with beige interior!! superb. Thank you David. More
