Excellent service I made an appointment online for service. When I arrived, they were expecting me. Everything was done as I wanted and completed when they said it woul I made an appointment online for service. When I arrived, they were expecting me. Everything was done as I wanted and completed when they said it would be. The service manager explained everything and answered any questions I had. When I picked up the car, he walked me to the parking lot to show me exactly where my car was parked. My only complaint was the cafe was closed. Livermore Toyota has a fine staff and excellent service. More

Chris Johnston helped me find the exact vehicle that I wanted, he was so helpful, so kind and it was not easy for me, I was trading in my vehicle ( my Chris Johnston helped me find the exact vehicle that I wanted, he was so helpful, so kind and it was not easy for me, I was trading in my vehicle ( my baby) that I had for 18 years. I learned to drive in her and had bought her brand new. So that was emotionally hard for me, Chris totally understood me and was so kind and helpful. He really understood what I wanted and worked hard to find my new baby. I can't thank Chris enough for all that he did. His kindness is what really made me feel at ease and let go of my previous car.
