He called us immediately after we filled out an online request when searching for my 2018 Toyota Highlander on Friday 11/23/18 evening and had a really nice over the phone experience that we made an appointment for the next day at noon to see if we can make a deal for my vehicle. I want to say that when we showed up the next day at around 11:30 am he was ready for us and greeted us with a smile and had our Highlander ready for test drive and see it first hand! They had two on the lot in color and style I wanted and my husband and I were sold on the suv. We were treated very nicely and Eric Holloway and Sunny Ahmad made our buying experience very pleasant. I highly recommend Livermore Toyota to everyone! These people know how to take care of you! They definitely deserve a 10 star service. We went from having a horrible experience in our local Modesto Toyota to a wonderful and amazing experience in Livermore! It definitely was worth our drive to Livermore and recommend for anyone looking into purchasing a Toyota vehicle to visit them! They have the best customer service! More

We would highly recommend that you ask for Frank as your salesman. However beware of the next sales manager. He was rude and arrogant and was the cause of the low rating above. He would not listen he just talked and would not quit. The final manager was courteous and polite. More
