First car buying experience I was given excellent service by Carlos Vasquez and Julianne, who I worked with to make a deal on buying my first new car. I was not pressured and the I was given excellent service by Carlos Vasquez and Julianne, who I worked with to make a deal on buying my first new car. I was not pressured and they were genuinely nice and informative people. Carlos took his time showing me all the features on my car. The negotiations were made as easy as possible by using the Costco auto program and end of year rebate. When I worked with financing I was a little wary because he tried to add in packages I had declined during negotiations/ use in house finance instead of my credit union rate, but in the end I came out with the deal we discussed on closing. My experience was actually made great by the financing manager explaining my contract the day after closing. When I took my contract home my husband and I had trouble reading the numbers and it looked to me that my discounts were somehow not applied. I couldn’t sleep a wink thinking that I may have been taken advantage of. When I went in the next day, not only did they explain how to make sense out of the long contract, but showed me with professionalism and calm reason (several times because by then I was sleep deprived) the exact math and how the rebate is applied on the contract. I really feel grateful for their help in this process. I’m looking forward to enjoying a reliable, dependable car and applaud your staff! I would definitely recommend others to your dealership. This was the biggest purchase I’ve ever made and I feel confident in the service I received. Thank you! More
"Not for Service" The only reason I brought my Tacoma in to this dealer again was that I liked Tyler and felt comfortable dealing with him and no one else. These guys don't care about you all they care about is making money. Tyler asked if I wanted my Cabin Air filter changed as it was part of the service and was my last free one. I had recently changed it myself only a couple of weeks ago so I knew mine was new and if they changed it I would get another new one. So I said yes with one exception that my old one be saved and returned to me. When I got my car back it was not in the car so I asked Tyler to go ask the Tech to return it to me. It took several minutes for Tyler to return with a box containing a filter. When I opened the box this was definitely not my filter as it was from a Lexus. How hard is this. Tyler is no longer at this location and has moved to the Santa Cruz Dealer so I guess I will be moving my Service elsewhere as well. Thanks but no thanks, I'll do the service myself from here on out as you know the old saying, "If you wanted it done right, do it yourself." More
