nightmare from the start! My first car buying experience, and I wish I never bouvbt it, I don't feel safe in it! And Livermore Toyota acts like I'm an irritant for wanting my certified used car to feel reliable, like it should- what a disappointment!! More
Not always a pleasant experience I went to Livermore Toyota on 1/21 and had Rick as my service person. He was extremely rude and inpatient. Not only that he gave me the wrong informat I went to Livermore Toyota on 1/21 and had Rick as my service person. He was extremely rude and inpatient. Not only that he gave me the wrong information: I purchased a service plan up to 75k when I purchased the Prius and he told me that I needed to buy more because I had close to 28k now. Obviously he didn’t even have the correct file and when he was explaining to me about the extended plan (which i didn’t need) he was very impatient. When. I asked him about the detail, he just stared at me looking really angery and said “I just told you!” Later he found out my car had two recalls that would require more time and I had to return the next day, he rudely asked me to step out and said “ look I have lot of people waiting” and didn’t even let other service people know that I’m waiting for my car and let me wait for almost 10 mins for nothing till I asked someone else to look for my car. It was the worst experience ever. The next day when I return, I had Joe and it was great. Joe clarified with me that i don’t need to purchase anything that I have up to 75k service plan. It was very frustrating and upsetting experience with Rick. Not only he gave me the wrong information but also was very rude and inpatient. At one point when I asked him to repeat the answer, he pretended that he didn’t understand me and gave me an annoyed look and yelled “what?” This was so upsetting that I wish never return to this Livermore Toyota if there’s another option. More

Service work Average service was completed after a previous visit in which they broke the antenna going through the car wash.
