They’re on there for a reason!!! Well after the run around the manager took care of it but i got to spend my day off fixing their mishap! More

Wait is too long Why would you have your service advisors do the prep work on the vehicle? I waited for almost a half an hour for someone to come out to my vehicle and Why would you have your service advisors do the prep work on the vehicle? I waited for almost a half an hour for someone to come out to my vehicle and I had an appointment. It was even worse because you only had two people writing up vehicles. It was a lot faster the other way when you had the runners come out and log all the information and prep the vehicle then all you had to do is bring in your slip to get entered in the system. It seems to me like someone is trying to justify their job. It’s pointless. I’ve been going to you guys since before I purchased my vehicle from you and by far this was the worst experience I’ve had with you. Please go back to the way you were doing it before More
Scheduled service I brought my car in for 120,000 mile service. As always I got excellent service and was very pleased with the work done. However, when I called back I brought my car in for 120,000 mile service. As always I got excellent service and was very pleased with the work done. However, when I called back after my service to inquire about fixing the issues that were found during the service...I could never get an answer from anyone . I called several times and was told someone would call me back...but no one ever did...I am still waiting....uugh! Despite this small snafu...I still love ya'll 😁 More
Went in for an oil change and got over sold I had a maintenance light come on that was indicating the oil change was needed. I was sold that the "90,000" mile service was due even though the ca I had a maintenance light come on that was indicating the oil change was needed. I was sold that the "90,000" mile service was due even though the car was running fine and the mileage was at 88K. Since it was close, I decided to get it done even though the price was extremelyt high at over $900. I was called back later and told that the water pump was leaking (even though there was never any liquid found where I park). I was told this was mandatory and would be over $700. I felt stuck and approved it. So instead of getting a simple oil change, I had almost $2,000 worth of "work" done and no evidence that any of it was needed. I was not offered to see the old water pump and can't tell any difference in the performance of the vehicle that anything special was done for the 90,000 mile service. I think I will stick with the oil change place down the street and the $29.99 oil change. More
