I'm happy with the service overall, but extremely disappointed to learn the finance manager lied about the prepaid maintenance not expiring when explicitly asked the question. With COVID changing so much, I drive less than ever and apparently wasted half of the amount I prepaid. I owe the current finance manager a visit. Hopefully he'll make it right, or I'll be a former customer. More
