I was told my key FAUB was not Programmable because front door actuator was broken. Another Honda Dealer programmed it. I was charged $189 for diagnosis of my starter & engine & was told the key FAUB was t door actuator was broken. Another Honda Dealer programmed it. I was charged $189 for diagnosis of my starter & engine & was told the key FAUB was the issue. Another Honda Dealer diagnosed starter & engine & found starter was the problem why car sputtered on key start & programmed my.key FAUB. I was pleased that my initial $365 charges & sent me home with an unprogrammed key FAUB was returned so just lost the $189 which I had to repay for another diagnosis at other Honda. Plus the 180 miles tracked over 3 days going back & forth & wear & tear to my.body was disheartening. More

I went to Livermore Honda for my Clarity's first service. The 5,000 mile service was an oil change, tires rotation and turn off service light. They added in windshield washer tablets for $2.11 and a fuel sys The 5,000 mile service was an oil change, tires rotation and turn off service light. They added in windshield washer tablets for $2.11 and a fuel system cleaner for $46.10. These items were not requested and not needed especially for a new car! These are revenue generators for the dealership and a rip off for the consumer. They lost a customer with these tactics. More
