My attempt to schedule service on your new web site was a disaster. In the past I could simply go to a calendar on the old web site and select an available appointment. Worst service experience I’ve ever had. They only admitted fault after I proved it with tow-truck photos and dash cam video. The Assistant Service Manager, Daniel Oliveira, showed zero concern, dodged responsibility, and pushed me off to others. Communication was terrible — no callbacks, broken promises, and I had to keep showing up in person just to get updates. They even failed to order my replacement windshield the first time, offered no loaner car, and never honored the discount they promised for all the inconvenience. Livermore Honda damaged my car, denied responsibility until forced, ignored me at every step, and provided the worst customer service imaginable. Avoid this place at all costs. More

It was good I wish there were photos and video proof of the recommended services. Mercedes-Benz technicians do this with a video walk-through and it's really amazing.
