It has been my pleasure to deal with this Honda locatio It is with great appreciation that I write this review of my experience with Livermore Honda. It has been my pleasure to deal with this Honda location for many years. However, leasing or purchasing a car can be an anxiety ridden experience. My current lease was about to expire, and I was concerned about the massive mileage overage I was facing. Not knowing what my options would be, I decided to meet with a sales representative. Fortunately for me, Lawrence-Christopher “L.C.” Finley Sr. offered to assist me. Mr. Finley not only eased my anxiety but made the whole process clearly understandable and painless. He was able to explain my options, went out of his way to explore the benefits of purchase vs. leasing, was frank yet compassionate towards my situation and never failed to answer my questions thoroughly. Due to Mr. Finley’s friendly professionalism, I was able to drive off the lot with a brand-new Honda Civic. I would also like to thank the Financial Supervisor, Matthew, for presenting me with many alternative financing options. He was able to locate the best rates and walked me, painlessly, through the process of purchasing my car. Thank you to both L.C. and Matt. I look forward to working with you again in the future. More
surprisingly great experience I got my recent vehicle from Livermore Honda and I thought it's worth it to post a review of a surprisingly pleasant experience at the dealership that I got my recent vehicle from Livermore Honda and I thought it's worth it to post a review of a surprisingly pleasant experience at the dealership that Ramill Davejan was able to provide. I had a sales appointment the following day but I was already next door right before their closing time and decided to give it a try and stop by, was kind of hard finding a sales person to help me that late, however Ramill offered to help, we went through a test drive and a demo of the vehicle and when I was ready to purchase it was really smooth getting the right price for the vehicle I wanted and a fair value for my trade in. They didn't have the color I wanted in their showroom, and I thought since it's already late after their closing hours I may have to wait for another day to get my car, however Ramill was nice enough to go to their storage lot and get the car in the color I wanted , and even that late 2 hours after their closing time he took the time to get the car detailed, filled with gas and ready for me , he even showed no signs of rush helping with explaining the different settings and features of the car. I don't expect such treatment at a dealership , but this was my best experience buying a car so far. More

Aaron helped us and we couldn't get the payment we wanted, but they tried, so I'll give them credit for that. Aaron said he'll keep all our information including details of the car we want to trade in and call us if anything comes up or anything changes. Zach called my wife this week to let her to know there was a CRV available that would fit in our price range and got her out there. It wasn't even close to our price range and they even forgot to calculate the trade-in value with the negative equity into the quote for the car she wanted which made the monthly payment even more unreachable. I asked Zach why he even called my wife if the numbers were way off and he said he didn't know much about the car we were trading in even though Aaron saw the car, saw the exterior imperfections, took down how many miles were on the car, and took down the approximate financials I provided. He essentially lured my wife into the dealership with out doing any homework with what she needed, came into the meeting unprepared, and waisted 3 hours for my wife's time when she could have been doing something more productive. I'm never doing business with Livermore Honda. More

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had and dealing with Livermore Honda has been a nightmare from: Not being disclosed about a cracked windshield until we are about to leave the dealership Having to call the bank myself and learn nothing was done multiple times regarding financing Receiving denial letters from Golden1 with our last name misspelled and requesting $76,571.00 from BOTH me and my husband , as if 1st graders were requesting this information from a bank To Mike putting my telephone number wrong on the Bank application then my name, resulting in me emailing him a copy 3x. First thing they agreed to a price then had the wrong price when they presented offer. Next when while paying their finance guy, Mike Rodgers, puts the pressure on for extras. After I finally agreed to a service contract I paid in full. After I got home, I discovered multiple misrepresentations by Mr. Rogers concerning the service agreement. I immediately asked for a cancellation. 11 weeks later I’m still trying to get the promised refund. Manager M Lanning very little help. After many emails back and forth I just heard the service company is cutting check Monday. We’ll see. More
