My service advisor was Ed at Livermore Ford he gave me great customer service . I will definitely be taking my car back for service in the future . I have visited other Ford services in the Bay Area and n great customer service . I will definitely be taking my car back for service in the future . I was shocked because when I bought the car I was told the upgrades to the GPS system would be covered under extra warranty I was purchasing at the time of sale. I now find that’s not true.I will be telling my friends not to deal with Lincoln because they cannot be trusted. I will be in the market for a new car in the next two years and will not consider Lincoln.i feel I was mislead during the sales process. More
Alex Ramirez, the service advisor, is so helpful and accommodating. My experience has been pleasant and speedy each time. Over promised under delivered I had a Quicklane appointment at 1:30. I arrived at 1:15 & was told that there were running a little longer than usual 1.5-2 hours if I waited which I had a Quicklane appointment at 1:30. I arrived at 1:15 & was told that there were running a little longer than usual 1.5-2 hours if I waited which I was doing. At 3PM I checked in and was told my car was next in line & they would put 2 guys on to get it done quickly. At 4PM I checked in again and still not ready. I was told working on it now should be done shortly. At 4:45 I was upset and they saw that. My car finally came out. It was not washed and did not have new wipers installed as my pre-purchased maintenance agreement states. They said that if I had 10 more minutes they could do the wipers. I said OK but then they said the parts person hash gone home and to come back and they would put the wipers on then. I have been to this dealer several times and all previous appointments went smoothly. This one did not. More

Disappointed and may go elsewhere in the future. I brought my new Nautilus in for service for the first time yesterday. In addition to the standard maintenance, I asked that the windshield wipers be I brought my new Nautilus in for service for the first time yesterday. In addition to the standard maintenance, I asked that the windshield wipers be adjusted. This was not done but instead it was suggested that I get some tools and do the adjustment myself. I was told that there was not enough time to perform this task even though the car was returned to me in the early afternoon. Also, when I was reluctantly given a loaner car, I was advised that in the future I should reserved a loaner as much as three (3) weeks ahead since there were very few loaners available. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the over all experience and May decide to go to the Concord dealership for service in the future. More
