Tucker was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns. The service took 1.5 hrs but quoted up to 2 hrs. So happy and felt like my time mattered. They washed and vacuumed it after the service. Not very happy Took my 2019 Shelby gt350R for its first oil change after break in. The service was great but when I left the dealer while I was driving there was a strong smell of burning oil going into the car. I parked the car in my garage and moved it, there was oil on my floor. The technician did not clean the spilled oil and now the bottom of my car is covered in oil. Not very happy about that. More
We worked through our disgreement I had some work done recently on my '06 Ford Mustang GT. Alex, the technician, helped me greatly. I'd had a carryover problem from earlier in the year that wasn't getting solved. I persevered and did get the ear to hear me and the follow-through came from Alex. I enjoy my '06 Mustang GT and will be maintaining all aspects of the needs of the car. They've had a lot of turnover there in the last couple of years but things are hopefully looking up. More

Service department not up to it for a challenging repair I had a problem under extended warranty with my suspension on my Ford Fusion (2013). They took three days to locate part of the problem and partially I had a problem under extended warranty with my suspension on my Ford Fusion (2013). They took three days to locate part of the problem and partially fixed the overall problem. They test drove and said the problem was solved. However, I drove it a few miles home and found the noise from the suspension problem was some what less, but still their and easy to hear. Unfortunately, I had no time to bring it back. My son has to take the car out of state. It will cost him another hundred dollar deductible to finish fixing the problem elsewhere, after he pays $75 to transfer the warranty to him. I am not convinced this service department can handle anything but routine service. More

A customer focused experience at Livermore Ford. My service tech, Brandon Priest, was totally customer focused. My Expedition had a number of things that needed to be addressed. Sensing that I was My service tech, Brandon Priest, was totally customer focused. My Expedition had a number of things that needed to be addressed. Sensing that I was a bit confused, he offered to tell me what he would do if it were his truck. That helped me immensely and I was then able to decide on what was to be done. When the truck was almost ready, he said that he had to leave early on Friday and would not be able to go over all that was done to make sure that what he and I had talked about had, in fact, been completed. And, he said he was uncomfortable with that. I suggested that he keep it until Monday and satisfy himself that the jobs were done correctly. Again, customer focused. He's a good, customer focused employee and should be recognized as such. Bob Villarreal More
