Leaving this bad review here and on other outlets in the hope it gets the right level of attention from the service department. Two months after taking my car in to fix a infotainment issue, service and two hope it gets the right level of attention from the service department. Two months after taking my car in to fix a infotainment issue, service and two recalls. First time I brought the car in and leaving it more than a week they only did one recall and the maintenance quoting parts didn't arrive. Since we needed the car we agreed taking it back at later date. I do so and after keeping the car for another full week they are able to complete the recall and change the infotainment, albeit forgetting to install some parts. Unfortunately the infotainment still doesn't work and despite multiple messages exchanges with Matt and calls I don't have a path forward. Hence resorting to public reviews to share my experience and in the hope the general manager actually does his job and ensures Does customers get the service they deserve. More
After 15 days in the shop and many unanswered phone calls I drive out to the dealership to find my F 350 diesel setting on the back lot, The 3rd service writer to help me found a note on the paper work...."n I drive out to the dealership to find my F 350 diesel setting on the back lot, The 3rd service writer to help me found a note on the paper work...."needs new batteries" OK lets do this... 2 days later, after no calls to me and no answer when I called back, I drove out again to find NOTHING DONE! they scrambled around and put 2 new batteries in for $550 and declared even thing was fixed!... 1 day and 300 miles later the check engine light is back on and hard starting has returned... This is the end of over 11,000 dollars of work they have supposed to have done...but it will be the LAST they every see of me or my Fords! More
Service department needs improvement. I called to schedule a service appointment for the earliest available date (1 month out). As the date approached, I called back to confirm. Apparently the operator mistakenly booked my reservation as a fleet appointment. Had to reschedule again- the earliest available was in another 3 weeks! Now, 7 weeks after my initial call, I finally got my car in for service. On the day the car was supposed to be ready, I was informed that they ordered the wrong part! ! I now need to return in another week to finally get my vehicle repaired. Eight weeks for a simple warranty repair seems pretty excessive in my view. More

The worst service department we bought a black label Lincoln Navigator and for 3 days I have been trying to schedule service and I can’t get anyone to call me back for the valley service that I paid for Lincoln Navigator and for 3 days I have been trying to schedule service and I can’t get anyone to call me back for the valley service that I paid for. At times it was hard to get realistic view of what was going on, however, once I connected with Jason Taylor, it was much more smooth. He really made sure what was going on. And Rafi was great during sales day. He offered to drop me in shopping if I wanted to get charging done. Looking forward to finally driving the Mach E I was waiting for almost an year now More
