Deceptive Sales practices. I purchased what was presented as an extended warranty for a "complete extended warranty coverage" lasting up to 100,000. It was called a gas-and I purchased what was presented as an extended warranty for a "complete extended warranty coverage" lasting up to 100,000. It was called a gas-and-go. The only thing I would need to replace was tires for the first 7 years. Well,, I have sinced discovered that the coverage they provided excluded the power train components, (the specific coverage I asked for) I learned a very expensive lesson and will never again give them any business More

After mentioning our strict budget, they eventually agreed on the deal through the phone. We drove the hour and a half from south San Jose to see the car. Absolutely perfect!
