This place is the biggest rip off, I've ever come across. I started an inquiry on the internet for a car. Had a conversation with Ahmad Jabari trying to negotiate a deal. What a mistake. They took a car advertised at 43k and sent me a purchase quote at 63k with some of the most ridiculous add-ons I've ever seen, that I never asked for. One line item even just said add-on for over 3k. Again, I spoke to Ahmad Jabari, telling him I didn't want any of the add-ons, of which he said well this one is already on the car (???) but lowered it to 750. (Mind you, I had already informed him, that I was pre-approved for twice the amount of the car.) He sent me another quote, still with some crazy add-ons, now we're at 49K. I had already come up 4k from my original offer, and he was trying to tell me how much he came down. NOT!!!!! At which time he sent me a text saying if I can't afford the car, maybe you should look at something less. SUCH INSOLENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. He finally came down 1k, but by that time I was too insulted and had no faith that this dealership and Ahmad Jabari were anyone to be trusted. Based on other reviews, I'd say this is indicative of the mindset over at Livermore Ford. More

The customer service experience as well as all interactions with this dealership/site were horrific. Besides the gentleman, Dante, who answers the phones when a call comes in, the team is incredib interactions with this dealership/site were horrific. Besides the gentleman, Dante, who answers the phones when a call comes in, the team is incredibly dishonest and like most sales people they try and play you. They will not return phone calls after purchasing a vehicle a month ago and have still yet to send the trade-in payoff check to the bank per the contract signed and dated. The salesman is texting me asking my the payoff amount of my trade in (though it is clearly stated on the signed contract) in order to get a smaller amount on another platform in writing to pay less money. This salesman in particular is Ahmad Jabari. It is wise to stay away from his help at all costs. His cousin, Ali, who works in finance is also just as dishonest. They really are cousins and introduced themselves as such. They also lied about complimentary lifetime power train warranties on the vehicle which was also advertised on their website on the exact vehicles. False online advertisement is not their fault, however, them confirming the car to have this feature was outrageous and then lying about it afterward. This location bounces calls around and blame one another for their shortcomings. We have let multiple messages since 11/14 and have YET to receive a promised call back. Livermore Ford is likely the most unprofessional car dealership experience you might ever have. Read other reviews about this site and heed the warnings or proceed with great caution. This is car 4 from Gill Auto Group that we've purchased and will absolutely be the last after this awful experience. More

BUYER BEWARE! ! Stay away. I finally got my maverick (after a year of waiting & little-to-no communication), but the purchasing experience was terrible. I had 2 ! Stay away. I finally got my maverick (after a year of waiting & little-to-no communication), but the purchasing experience was terrible. I had 2 people "helping" me - Shak & I don't remember the other guy. They were incredibly pushy & trying to squeeze every last dollar out of me. The price build I got was for 32k. Lo & behold, when it comes time to sit down and sign papers, they've somehow added on literally 6k extra of stuff that I didn't ask for, & wasn't on the initial price breakdown. We then spend the next 2 hours sitting there, trying to bargain the car back down to what I was promised. They were way too aggressive & it made the whole experience of trying to get this car that I've been waiting so long for, & was so excited for, incredibly stressful. I definitely will not be back, & I don't care for ford if this is how they choose to treat their customers. I got the car, but I literally left the dealership trying not to cry. Emotional freaken rollercoaster. So glad it's over with. More
