FOLLOW UP AFTER PURCHASE IS HORRIBLE. NO ONE WILL RETURN CALLS. NO ONE IS EVER THERE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. THEY JUST TAKE A MESSAGE. THEY MAKE IT xxxx NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH ANOTHER SHOP. (PHONE NUMBERS PROVIDED ON THE SERVICE CONTRACT IS SO OUT OF DATE. THE PHONE NUMBER TO FILE A CLAIM GOES TO A SCAM LINE IN INDIA ASKING FOR YOUR SSN. TRIED GETTING A UPDATED NUMBER STILL CANNOT GET ANYONE TO HELP OUT. They claimed to fix a flat tire on the car I purchased, I found out a few days later that the wheel was cracked and have to buy a new one. Either their service is incompetent or they are scammers.
