My Salesman Jeff Frigard Was the Nicest, No Pressure Kinda Guy Who Really Made Me Feel Appreciated for taking the Long Drive to His Dealership. He Made the Car Buying Experience So Stress-Free and I Received a Strong Trade-in on My 2016 Ford Escape. I Know How Stressful Car Buying Can Be as I was A Luxury Car Salesperson for 3 Years and Felt My Customers Pain. Jeff Did Customer Service The Way I Did, and I Appreciated The Extra Effort. Horrible service. Used Lemon Law to get rid of Ford Fusion Horrible service. If you make the mistake of buying a Ford, take it to Walnut Creek for service. Car would receive error 'FOB not found'. They could not fix problem then said they would need to charge a $700 diagnostic fee. Final straw was the error 'FOB not found engine shut off in 30 seconds' while on the freeway. Finally returned car thru the Lemon Law after the warranty had expired. More

Stay away! I went there on July 18 at 16:55 to get some information about Ford Focus RS. When I entered I was trying to get somebody's attention to ask questions I went there on July 18 at 16:55 to get some information about Ford Focus RS. When I entered I was trying to get somebody's attention to ask questions. Four of guys who are probably sales were playing on their cell phone. When finally somebody who was walking out of the building asked me if I've been helped and then called the guy who was playing on the phone, player come to me angry and then when I asked him about Focus RS and told him that I want to test drive it, after he heard my accent he just told me that this car is not for me since it is high performance car and he is not going to bother to let me drive. Of course he wasn't willing to tell me anything about the car. In simple do not bother to go there. Who knows what could come out next, if he gets really angry for interrupting his game. More

My husband and I went in this am very excited to look at a vehicle yes we had a trade in but very little negative equity. Never have I been to a lot where they were so unwilling to make a sale THEY WOULDN'T BUDGE A $1. We were pre approved through our credit union. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Chris was absolutely no help and very unprofessional. Lesson learned stay away from this LOT! More

I bought a used 2008 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership and I can tell you with all certainty that they sold me a car that they KNEW had problems. I had to have the engine mount replaced after having the car for only 3 months. They would not cover the cost, so I paid $700+ for the repair. Now just 3 month later, I am having the same problem. On top of this, they charged me $800 for a paint protection service that they never provided. I called several times, they never called to book the appointment to have the service done. I requested my money back, and they refused to refund me. I might need to seek an attorney but I felt that it was important to share my experience with potential buyers. You are better off driving 20 or 30 miles away to another dealership if you have to because these guys could careless about you, they just want your money. DISGUSTING! More
Saliman Ehsan refused to honor an agreement made before we purchased a car from this dealer, responding to my inquires with offensive comments, followed by completely ignoring me, alleging that the "fix" w we purchased a car from this dealer, responding to my inquires with offensive comments, followed by completely ignoring me, alleging that the "fix" was very cheap and so that I should take care of it myself. Considering this was agreed before the purchase, I think we all know who's cheap. The worst part is not the costs, but Saliman's rudeness and refusal to follow up with what we agreed. More
