F150 - First Service Brought my car for its first service. Nobody received me at the service drive-in. After 10 minute waiting at the service reception (while employees staring at their computer) i was told that this "small service" is being handled across the service parking at another service reception. "When is my car ready"? i have asked - not today any more, will give you a call. Waiting for the shuttle ride home (which never came and was never reaching out to me) i decided myself to call a Uber.... just in the moment the Uber was ready i have been told the truck was ready and service was completed... (!?!). Oh, BTW: i wanted to talk to the parts department to buy a skid plate and another part for the truck (while i was waiting for my promised ride back home). Waited 15 minutes as well - one guy talking to a customer, one lady ignoring me and not even asking how she can help.... at the end not helped and i went back home to buy the parts online. Bottom line: avoid this Ford Dealer / Service. More

Tucker was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns. The service took 1.5 hrs but quoted up to 2 hrs. So happy and felt like my time mattered. They washed and vacuumed it after the service. The service was great but when I left the dealer while I was driving there was a strong smell of burning oil going into the car. I parked the car in my garage and moved it, there was oil on my floor. The technician did not clean the spilled oil and now the bottom of my car is covered in oil. Not very happy about that. More

Our salesman Cameren was instrumental in closing the deal unfortunately working with John, he was not willing to negotiate on the sticker price or warranty. During the week of closing the sale our sales person Cameren mysteriously no longer works for the dealership but does not advise us. We heard nothing from the dealership for days until I called in only to hear Cameren no longer work for the company . The sales team really dropped the ball ! The service department more than made up for this by going the extra mile making sure that the vehicle had new fuse and electrical module. They were very accommodating with all requests and Adam and Tony made sure we were advised every step of the way. More

I'd had a carryover problem from earlier in the year that wasn't getting solved. I persevered and did get the ear to hear me and the follow-through came from Alex. I enjoy my '06 Mustang GT and will be maintaining all aspects of the needs of the car. They've had a lot of turnover there in the last couple of years but things are hopefully looking up. More
