Went to Livermore ford to get a truck even though I thought it to be impossible under my circumstances. Rich and the management team went to work hard and went above and beyond to see that I could get thought it to be impossible under my circumstances. Rich and the management team went to work hard and went above and beyond to see that I could get in the truck I wanted. I would never ever have thought it to be possible, but thanks to them, today I drive a Ram 1500. These guys went above and beyond and I will refer everyone and anyone to them because I know how hard they worked for me and they made it seem like no challenge couldn't be accomplished. I will definitely be back if and when I need anything to drive. Thank you all again. More

I've made numerous attempts over the last three months to get Livermore Ford to engage me on a pre-paid maintenance agreement I purchased from them. I've left messages for the General Manager and Services d get Livermore Ford to engage me on a pre-paid maintenance agreement I purchased from them. I've left messages for the General Manager and Services department, but they refuse to return calls. I did get someone from Finance to finally return a call, and they were apologetic, "I'm going to fix this", "sorry", "we will resolve this today or tomorrow". That was two weeks ago and now this guy has ghosted me as well. I've tried phone and email. They were very happy to take over $70k from me. More

Communication is deceiving. Denied optional services but yet still add it onto the contact. Finance doesn’t go through with the itemize costs on the contract.
