They were quick to get us in the car, while lying about their mechanics servicing the car. Upon further inspection after getting the car home we discovered excessive tire noise due to tires cupping on the their mechanics servicing the car. Upon further inspection after getting the car home we discovered excessive tire noise due to tires cupping on the inside edge and being out of round. Obviously the cupping was caused from being out of alignment. The oil display showed oil was at 30%from needing changed. Dean said they just forgot to reset it. However as a former mechanic I can tell the was far too dark to be fresh. We bought a ridiculous warranty that is basically bumper to bumper to include windshield replacement, now they are telling us our cracked windshield from a bird may not be covered, they said it will be 3 months before they will get us in, they have been giving my wife the runaround. She has talked to over 5people today. They want us to leave it and pay for our own rental car, when we bought this for vacation at the end of the week. Alignment, tires, windshield and oil change does not take that long if the mechanic is any good. I would not recommend and will be reporting to the BBB. I’m not happy! More

Garbage!! Civic ignition refurbished as recommended saved me $900+ My daughter found herself with an ignition key that she forcibly removed after being unable to start the car at an I70 roadside rest. The first mechanic to look at it, in Abilene, recommended a new ignition and rekeying for $600 plus special delivery, followed by installation and then the need to tow and program the key at a Honda dealership. I turned to Little Apple Honda where Vic, the parts manager convince me not to have him order the part but to let him have a lock smith refurbish the ignition instead. He assured me his solution had worked 95% of the time. The front desk coordinated the appointment with the tow truck's 3PM arrival and the next afternoon, working again as designed, the Honda Civic, ignition and my daughter were on the road again. I thank Vic for sharing his experienced advice. I believe it saved me nearly a thousand $ and led to my daughter's timely return to the road. More

I have a 2006 Honda Civic Si and took it in because I was experiencing a rattling noise in the back of the cab as well as a pretty loud squeak from the driver seat every time I would get in and out of the ca experiencing a rattling noise in the back of the cab as well as a pretty loud squeak from the driver seat every time I would get in and out of the car. I called the dealership and they assured me that they would be able to fix it and scheduled an appointment to drop off the car a few days later. When I arrived, the sales staff was friendly, and I left my car with them for a few hours, when I returned they assured me they fixed the problem and charged me around 100 dollars and I drove the car away, then after I got home, I got out of my car and the squeaking noise continued, and so did the rattling noise. So I took it back the next day and explained that they didn't fix the problems, so they took the car and the technician drove it around the parking lot, and told me he couldn't hear anything and after waiting 4 hours, they told me that they couldn't fix the squeak in the seat and had the nerve to try to charge me 150 bucks... for nothing. I then told them that they did nothing to the car and they still tried to charge me 150 bucks, so I went to my car, got the previous receipt and showed them that I payed already for the service and still they tried to charge me until I talked to the manager. I will never go back to this place again. Although they were friendly at first, they ripped me off leaving me with the same problem and 100 bucks out of my pocket. Don't waste your time and money, go to a proper dealership. More
AFTER price was agreed to, they "changed their minds" after finding out our trade-in qualified for Cash-for-Clunkers. They tried to INCREASE price by $500.
