There is no communication. It's never done on time I dropped off my car on Monday. They told me my car would be done on Wednesday. Then on Thursday..And no word from them until I called the shop on Fri I dropped off my car on Monday. They told me my car would be done on Wednesday. Then on Thursday..And no word from them until I called the shop on Friday afternoon. They weren't sure if my car was done or not. I told them done or not I will be there on Saturday to pick it up one way or the other. I picked up my car on Saturday afternoon. It is impossible to ever reach them by phone or e-mail. I personally think they don't take me serious due to I'm a women. This is my third Passat. And we will be taking my car to a different VW Dealer if it needs any kind of services done. More
