Received latter, but was charged 125 for "diagnostics" - this was an electric problem - staying on, in contrast to staying off. so was not a wiring or power problem but the switch. that simple analysis did not in my view require the 125 computer analysis to point to the obvious. the part needed (switch) had to be ordered, so I was charged for all including the test on Wed, and told the part would be in on Friday. I waited for a call on thursday; none came, sent my second email to service - this was wasn't answered either. So called Friday afternoon at 2, Jason said he would check with parts and call me. he did not. It is now Saturday and still no call or response to my email. I will call on Monday again. Mr. Koji asked if he could text me to communicate and I said yes, but nothing thereafter....I went to get it myself, since it is a manual, and can't be driven by selected staff, and was not told whether it had been sanitized. So I did that myself as well. More

Scheduling online was very easy. Drop off and check in was super easy. They didn’t have the shuttle running, so they tried to get me a ride with Lyft. Terrible Sales, Terrible Service, Terrible Dealer! Absolutely terrible all around. Took our Jetta in while it was under warranty to have an A/C problem fixed. They "attempted" to diagnose the problem multiple times and were never able to fix it. When I went to pick up my car on their last attempt to fix, they couldn't find where they had left it. Eventually they found it in the back lot where it was left running, ran out of gas and the battery died. So I had to go back the next day to pick up the car after they recharged the battery and "refueled" it. They put enough gas in it so I could get across the street to the gas station to fill it up myself. I now drive 2 hours to a different dealer for warranty service. We also attempted to buy a new Atlas at this dealer. The salesman was pushy and did not listen to anything I said regarding what I wanted and what I was willing to send. Eventually I walked out and bought a new Atlas at a VW dealer in Davenport. More
It took more than two hours for them to diagnose and replace a battery I already knew was bad. Honest service review, good work While I certainly didn't anticipate spending the amount I did when I went in for my routine maintenance, I knew that I needed new tires fairly soon as While I certainly didn't anticipate spending the amount I did when I went in for my routine maintenance, I knew that I needed new tires fairly soon as well as the likelihood of less-routine parts and work done (fuel filter, etc.). So while I was a little shocked by the amount I had to spend, I know exactly what that money went toward, and I felt really confident driving away knowing the things that had been attended to were well taken care of. It took longer than I expected too, but that's because I didn't know that amount of work would be done. All that being said, yes, it took some time and money, but I am really happy with the service provided, and Doug went out of his way to fit it within my target budget, which I appreciate greatly. Plus, the dealership was quiet and I was able to get a lot of work done while I waited! Thank you, guys. More
The dealership is clean and staff friendly. Repair delays for parts, but they provided a loaner vehicle both times which was wonderful. I was surprised to see staff and visitors not in recomended compliance for germ spread and made sure I cleaned/wiped down my vehicle at pickup.there was no social distancing and well over 10 people inside the dealership along with sales.
