Stopped in at the Express Service for an oil change. Finished in 40 minutes after being told by the gal who asked "what brought me in", that it would be 2 hours. Pleasantly suprised! We were overcharged for an oil change that we had a coupon for. There was a lot of confusion about what we should pay. In the end we paid a lot more that the coupon said we should.
