Extremely poor sales experience and recent service visit in which service tech spilled oil all over engine of a car slightly a year old, and let me take it home . Still has oil burning off engine manifold and no one has contacted me even when pictures and text message was sent to service manager. Followed up without fail & provided Quick Easy Set Up of a tow of my VW Jetta & then the service work was completed even though I had never met her.
