Fair and ethical pricing in the excellent service department. Appointments easy to obtain and not too far in the future. An upholstery tear was astonishingly well done by a subcontractor. However a few days later, I came in for an oil change. The wait time in the queue is long but understandable. The time in the service bay was long, too long. Nothing special, just an oil change. Yes, other items were checked (tires, filters, etc ) but it was many, many minutes before the oil was replaced. The wait time to pay after the service was completed was long, too. I should have been into the bay and out in 15 minutes. More
