When I met him at the dealership a few hours later I could see the car was a good fit for me and Keith was patient with all my questions. No pressure, friendly service. I inquired with Lithia through Costco's car buying program. I had a call from Keith within 15 minutes of my inquiry and made arrangements to go see/t I inquired with Lithia through Costco's car buying program. I had a call from Keith within 15 minutes of my inquiry and made arrangements to go see/test drive a vehicle. When I got there, Keith was use so he introduced me to Tim. We went for a spin in a 2015 Toyota Tacoma. There was no pressure at all, we came back to the dealership and talked a bit about price and options, again - no pressure, no back and forth with the xxI guy. Pleasantly Surprised Car Buying Experience I find that car buying is a very stressful activity. Like my title says I was very pleasantly surprised with my recent experience of buying a used car I find that car buying is a very stressful activity. Like my title says I was very pleasantly surprised with my recent experience of buying a used car at Lithia Toyota in Springfield. I had done a lot of internet research on dealers and various models that were available locally and up to 100 miles away. I knew I wanted a used RAV4, 4-cylinder that was a 2010 and newer. I hesitantly filled out the contact form with Lithia afraid I was going got be bombarded with calls and emails. Instead Keith Moreck called and we talked about what I wanted. He sent an email with a link to available vehicles which I looked over and decide to see in person. When I got there he was with a customer so I worked with Trevor Foster. Later I worked with Mark Aggson and signed papers with Harold McDonald. The entire experience was not high pressure or anything like what I had come to expect from the typical "used car salesman" in the past. Because I tend to be chatty and like to get to know folks I'm interacting with a bit I know I was there longer than it could have been. I would highly recommend any of the staff I worked with. Seamless & Smooth Pressure-Free Used Car Purchase I have never had a better experience buying a used car from a dealer. My previous experience was that the salesperson would leave me sitting in an ugl I have never had a better experience buying a used car from a dealer. My previous experience was that the salesperson would leave me sitting in an ugly room for a long time while secret negotiations took place elsewhere or I would be pressured to add packages I didn't need. This was the exact opposite. Every employee smiled and was welcoming. Although I went in with a specific car in mind (advertised on Lithia's website), Gentleman Keith Moreck didn't try to push me into a newer, fancier model. Everyone was courteous and kind. They looked like they enjoyed their work! Thank you, Keith! I felt well cared for. More
