I was very impressed and learn so much. After I purchased my Rav4 he set up the Blue Tooth for me and he went over all the buttons and touch screens again. He was prompt with replies when emailed, texted or called. And he remembered our names :) He was personable, not pushy and very patient. He threw out some suggestions and gave me things to think about and consider and so did Steve the finance guy. More
