Never Been So Easy To Buy A Car WOW! So Impressed! On Top Of It! Went to Coos Bay Toyota on Tuesday and looked at their Highlanders, not many to choose from and couldn't get what we WOW! So Impressed! On Top Of It! Went to Coos Bay Toyota on Tuesday and looked at their Highlanders, not many to choose from and couldn't get what we wanted. Came home, got on line and put in what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. With-in an hour Keith from Lithia Toyota in Springfield had sent us an email with pictures and all of the information about a Highlander that was right for us. So Wednesday morning we drove into Springfield and met Keith at 9:30 and he had the Highlander washed and ready to go. We made him take us for a ride and show us all of the bells and whistles. Then we decided that we needed one more thing (a tow package), he got on his computer and found one just for us. It had just been delivered and needed to be unwrapped, inspected and washed. So while they were getting it ready we did the paper work and we were out of there by 12:30. Also while we were in Coos Bay we needed to get our oil changed and there was a recall on our Tundra. No one was in their bay getting their oil changed, but they said that we needed to make an appointment and couldn't help us. Thank you Marc (express service manager at Lithia Toyota) He got our Tundra in and changed the oil and repaired the recall and we didn't even need an appointment. Great experience! Everyone was very friendly and there was free soft drinks and popcorn while we waited. Only one complaint: Keith said there will fresh cookies in a little bit, but they got everything done before the cookies came out.
