Drive-through oil change service is reasonably fast and does not require an appointment, although one can be made (don't know how well that works since I haven't tried that yet). Multi-point safety inspect does not require an appointment, although one can be made (don't know how well that works since I haven't tried that yet). Multi-point safety inspection is a bit suspect - among other items, the latest one reported thicker brake pads than the previous one, with no brake work having been done in between. Inspection results are now online only, in a non-print-friendly format which is much inferior to their previous format. More
