On July 1st 2023 My wife and I bought a brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma from Mike G. We took the delivery of our vehicle the same day, we did make one mistake, we did not get on the bed of the truck to inspe Toyota Tacoma from Mike G. We took the delivery of our vehicle the same day, we did make one mistake, we did not get on the bed of the truck to inspect the roof, who does this?? 3 Weeks later I discovered the roof was damaged, after getting professional advise confirming this is from unloading, the manager Dave Ambrozevitch was unsympathetic, disrespectful and insulting in his response and blamed the damage on us, send us away. This is the most dishonest and rude treatment we have ever experienced and they received their money AND DO NOT CARE . We have bought 4 vehicles from Lithia this the 5th and last. THE WORST MANAGER. I feel sorry that a great salesman like Mike work for a manager like this. More

Not courteous made me and my son feel like he was less than pleased to help us. Never introduced himself even after I introduced my son any myself. I had to ask him to take my offer to the manager which w than pleased to help us. Never introduced himself even after I introduced my son any myself. Service writer Rob called me first thing Friday morning to discuss the after hours note regarding my vehicle in need of repair.
