My Husband and I had been looking for a vehicle for over 3 months, had been on and off all the lots in Medford except the Lithia stores. I had some friends and family that didn't have very good experiences 3 months, had been on and off all the lots in Medford except the Lithia stores. I had some friends and family that didn't have very good experiences with Lithia in the past and was VERY hesitant to even step foot on a Lithia lot. I am so glad we finally decided to stop at Lithia Toyota!! First of all it was the ONE and ONLY lot in town that it didn't feel like a flock of vultures was waiting to descend on us. When Chad Soares did finally approach us, he was SO personable, easy going, immediately made us feel like we could trust him, and that he was genuinely concerned with our needs and time-line! We had found a used vehicle that we were interested in, however we weren't sure that is was what we really wanted. We left that first night not feeling "PRESSURED" but KNOWING that when we finally decided on a car that it WILL buy from Chad Soares no matter what, we didn't want to do business with anyone else because of how he treated us!! He was AMAZING!! He spent over a week with us test driving cars and doing research for us to see what vehicles the other Lithia lots had just to try and find the perfect car for us. Ultimately we found EXACTLY the car that we wanted, got an AMAZING price on the vehicle, including a lifetime oil change, and ended up leaving with a wonderful feeling about Litha in general, and a friend! Since the purchase of our Nissan Murano, we have gone to Chad and Lithia and purchased a Dodge Ram for my Husband and we are now looking for a car for my sister.
