We can easily say no to that kind of pressure but we were very surprised and happy to meet Chad. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. As is our policy, we didn't purchase the car we wanted the first day but we were so pleased that we went back the next day and purchased the new car. We wanted all the bells and whistles and WE were pushy to add them. Chad would just explain the pros and cons as if he really cared and we believe he did care. Great job Chad. Fantastic service! We were on vacation and our car broke down near Ashland the night before we were planning to drive back to California. It was the 4th of July - nothing was open. We had the car towed to down near Ashland the night before we were planning to drive back to California. It was the 4th of July - nothing was open. We had the car towed to the nearest Toyota dealership. The team there found out the problem early on the 5th, ordered the part we needed and had us on our way by noon on the 6th. They processed the work under our warrantee and it only cost us the price of an air filter. Later on, we had some issue about getting our rental car reimbursed. Mike Myers took care of it and is making sure we get reimbursed. Lithia Toyota went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks so much!!! More
