Everyone seems irritated to help customers. They didn’t get my car in till 45 minutes after my appointment time I got no updates. I was there for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Ended up breaking two sensors in my tires so now I get to go back and have them fix my car and be without a car for another three hours. John mcnerny was the only helpful person when I went back with the tire issue other than that nobody has good service skills. They also did not do any of the courtesy stuff that they are supposed to such as vacuum the front of the car or clean the windows. More

When I brought His boss Mark Grossman needs a lesson in respect and professionalism. My last oil change they broke the cabin air filter access panel. When I brought it up Mark insinuated I broke it. I emailed GM Philips. Later I found that that messed up my tinted windshield when they took off the old oilchange sticker. This mistake is gonna cost Me $250 or so! After dealing with Mark I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Super frustrated and disappointed in both their techs lack of care and Marks lack of responsibility and respect. Find my reviews on Yelp as this is the 2nd time they’ve dropped the ball beyond belief. More
