Great service, great people I feel lucky to be a Toyota owner every time I get it serviced or parts replaced. This time I was there to have new speakers installed and I had the best of people working on my vehicle. From the great and kind employees I talked to on the phone to the nice woman outside of the service center who did some of my paperwork and lastly to inside the shop, it was all wonderful! I've had great luck at any Toyota dealership and service at any location in MT but while I live in Billings, this Toyota and its employees will be the people I trust the most. The service department is amazing. I was early for my appointment and was able to get in early. They explained everything they were doing and finished up earlier that anticipated. Waiting area Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. The oil change takes over an hour which seems a little long. I only have service done here so I have nothing to compare it to. My biggest complaint is the condition of the waiting area. The seats are very stained and I don't think have ever been cleaned. At this point they just need to be replaced. I won't sit in them. No one seems to care if it gets cleaned up. More
