Very knowledgeable technician I left my Tundra overnight so they could do a test run in the morning. I have been experiencing a vibration in the front end but it seems to disappea I left my Tundra overnight so they could do a test run in the morning. I have been experiencing a vibration in the front end but it seems to disappear after about 1/2 a mile on the road. I spoke to Carlos who was the technician who drove the truck the following morning. He was not able to detect the vibration I have been hearing. We did have a conversation and I described what I was hearing and he told me he has experienced that kind of vibration before. Without tearing the front end apart at my expense, he was able to give me a very good idea of what the cause is how to go about getting it repaired. I was very appreciative of the knowledge he had and advice he was able to give. More

The fairest and most personal dealership ever Jim Harmon, Service Manager, was exceptional in his generous service response to our newly purchased used RAV4 that failed. Other dealerships would not have been so accommodating. Service was nothing short of exceptional. Damaging mine and my wife’s vehicles! My wife and I both have 2018 model Toyotas purchased through Lithia. Within one week, we both visited their service center for oil changes and both of My wife and I both have 2018 model Toyotas purchased through Lithia. Within one week, we both visited their service center for oil changes and both of our vehicles left their service and “inspection” areas with red dings on our driver doors from their red lifts that they use. Management needs to look into this and monitor their technicians and their care for customer’s vehicles. I would think that after spending over $90,000 in vehicles there, they would take better care of their customers. Sales and finance departments have been great to work with though. More
