My wife took our car in for a oil change and to check the code that was blinking in the dash. They changed the spark plugs. She came buy to pick up the car and it ran worse then it ever did. They charged 400.00 and said we needed a 2500.00 valve job. We decided to get another estimate. She got two blocks away and the car dyed from running so bad. She tried to tell them something was wrong before she left but they would not listen to her and turned and walked away. We then had it towed to another shop. The oil was low and the shop found out they put the plug wires on backwards that are color coded so that wont happen. The cadalatic converter also had been blown out from them doing this and now they dont want to pay for the damages they caused. This doesnt seem right.We didnt need a valve job the problem was them putting the car back together wrong. I had tried to talk about this to the general manager but he didnt want to hear me out, my wife has spoke to him numerous times and he is still unreasonable. More

I have been looking for a new car for almost a year. I have looked at VW's, Toyota, Ford and Subaru. After visiting the car show in Portland Oregon in January 2013 I really wanted a Subaru. I met Annie at have looked at VW's, Toyota, Ford and Subaru. After visiting the car show in Portland Oregon in January 2013 I really wanted a Subaru. I met Annie at the car show. She is a bright, hard working young gal and I wanted to give her my business. Of course it would only happen if Lithia was able to deliver on the car I wanted at the right price. Overall it was a very positive experience. It was fun to work with Annie and the other staff including the sales manager and finance guy were all very nice and easy to work with. The end result was that I got the car I wanted with great price, great people and the experience exceeded my expectations. More
I bought my first car from Lithia Subaru, and I absolutely loved Scott. He was really friendly. A little while after I got my car, (I bought a used car), it started to have some problems. Everyone that I dealt with at Lithia Subaru was very helpfully and friendly - the only issue that I had was the inability to deliver the vehicle on the scheduled delivery date, the vehicle was finaly de helpfully and friendly - the only issue that I had was the inability to deliver the vehicle on the scheduled delivery date, the vehicle was finaly delivered 4 days after the original scheduled date. Once the car was delivered to Lithia Subaru the employees made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. Emilie was very helpfull in the initial stages of the purcahse and the follow up and Ryan & Cory worked very hard to get the car delivered from Vancouver once it was late. I don't plan on purchasing another vehicle for a long time, but when I do I will deffinetlly look to Lithia Subaru again and I will tell anyone that asks that they should look at Lithia Subaru for their next purchase. More

The service staff always been helpful when i bring my car in for free life long oil changes. The last few times they have stepped up and took it a step further then before.
