Terrible Service Center In Dec 2017 I ordered a $70K F350 King Ranch fully loaded , didn't receive vehicle until March 2018. When taking the truck into dealership for first In Dec 2017 I ordered a $70K F350 King Ranch fully loaded , didn't receive vehicle until March 2018. When taking the truck into dealership for first oil change, that was covered by a service plan I had purchased with the truck, I found that the service tech had slopped oil all over the paint on the hood, grill and spoiler and also had not bothered to change oil filter. He had also set oil cap on the battery and left oil all over it. In addition when I got in the truck he had changed radio station and had the a/c on full blast, no regard for personal property. I spoke with service advisor and service manager who apologized and offered to give me 3 free oil changes that I had already paid for thru their service plan! The service was so bad that if my truck broke down in front of their dealership I would have it towed to another one in Morrow, Ga before letting them work on it again.These people have no idea what customer service means. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! More
Ford Recall Will Cost You-Dealership Takes No Responsibilty Took van in for mfr. recall. Tech, Warner, acted like I was a bother to him. He was appalled I made my appointment online. He tried to discourage from dropping it off by saying that it is gonna take days to fix. I requested a shuttle online cause that was an option I was given. He told me they do not offer shuttles and asked me if I had ant friends. Gave me no ride home and cost me a $20 Uber Ride. Horrible customer service and try to make their customers feel like they are stupid. Go to another dealership!!!! More

While I did not welcome a car repair, Don Brown kept me informed throughout process. He also offered gentleman to shuttle me home after having my 2005 Escape towed in to John Bleakley Ford in Douglasville, informed throughout process. I don't recall this 2nd gentleman's name, but he too was very thoughtful (I know Don was going to have Courtney take me, but she was evidently already at lunch...I offer this as it may help to identify the gentleman, so he too can be thanked for job well done).
