The vehicle I bought, a 2002 Ford Explorer was a cash as is purchase. Even so, the transmission was overfilled about a half quart, yet it somehow got past the multi point inspection. I have been using this dealership to service my two vehicles since 2020 when we moved to GA. My last three visits were terrible and I am not returning. On one occasion, I dropped off my 2019 Explorer vehicles since 2020 when we moved to GA. My last three visits were terrible and I am not returning. On one occasion, I dropped off my 2019 Explorer overnight. Nobody called me to acknowledged they got my vehicle. After multiple days of calling and not getting answers, I finally went in only for them to tell me I need a new battery. On another occasion, I took my 2018 F150 for service and let the service advisor know that it's taking a little long for the vehicle to start when I turn the key. It was never diagnosed. They just performed the service. Now the vehicle's check engine light came on and it's taking even a lot longer for it to start. I dropped it off night and again nobody called me to acknowledged it. Two days later, I have to go get my vehicle from them and I am not returning. More

I made an agreement with them and gave them my credit card to process a deposit. They agreed on a price and had me fill out an application which was approved. I called over and over til someone answered and told me they sold the car hours after I gave them a deposit. The sales manager didn't have the courtesy to be professional and call me. Obviously he knew what he did was unprofessional. I would stay far away from these people! They also advertised a price then added $1k onto the advertised price. These people should be ashamed! More
