My experience at Reno Lithia Subaru started with Cynthia Roy, who was a pleasure because she knows her car specs (ground clearance, horsepower, options) between models. She was very helpful in narrowing down between 3 models I was interested in. I finally went with an Outback and she helped usher me through the sales process from driving up to driving off in mere hours (I was expecting to have to come back). She was helpful with additional parts and service quotes (remote start, yeah) and we used the time as efficiently as possible (on a Saturday nonetheless). Randy, the GM, made sure to stop in and say hello and make sure I was getting everything I needed. The parts department was quick and accurate in looking up and ordering parts I was interested in. The service department provided quotes very quickly and saved them in the system for ease of scheduling. Since the purchase I've gotten my remote start installed, which was also a seamless, communicative process. I feel like I've gotten a great car and a good dealer relationship all in one package. More

First of all, I usually loathe going to car dealerships. I never feel like the people working there have my best interest at heart. This was not the case at Lithia Reno Subaru. I had shopped around and knew exactly what I wanted...I was given Mark Murphy ("Murph") to help me with my journey. All I can say is, "Wow." He was so genuine... didn't mess around with small talk, but made me feel like he was genuinely interested in my son and me and making sure we got a great deal. He not only worked hard to meet a deal I had been presented by another dealership, he gave me a better deal based on the options of the car I was interested in. It is somewhat scary, as a single mom, to go car shopping by myself. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was very friendly and non-threatening. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Mark Murphy in particular as the salesman, to anyone interested. Debbie Bosco More

Rob was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. My dad was very impressed with his intricate knowledge of the mechanical workings of the vehicle. He was friendly, courteous, and helpful in every way possible. My mom always shops around several dealerships but she was so impressed with Rob we didn't go anywhere else. Calin Varga was very helpful and worked very hard to get me the exact car that I wanted. With two small children hanging off of me he was still able to make the usually stressful experience of getting a ne me the exact car that I wanted. I did internet research and had narrowed my list to what I thought I could afford rather that what I really wanted - a red Forester. Fatima showed me an Impreza, which felt too small. Then we talked through what I was willing to pay down and monthly. She checked her inventory and found that a red 2014 Forester Premium was enroute. To my surprise, she arranged for me to buy the Forester I wanted within my budgeted amount. She was very helpful in showing me how to set up the hands-free and other electronics. I contacted Lithia Subaru to look at purchasing a new or newer Subaru Outback. My schedule is hectic, so my time is precious and Jessie and Doug were very sensitive to that. Life happens, and it took me a few weeks to finally arrange to come in and finalize a purchase. In the past, when I've shopped other dealers, the sales people have wanted to bully and push when you start looking at a purchase... Not true at this dealer. This is a busy dealership, and yet every contact I had with Jessie and Doug left me knowing that it was important to them that I be a satisfied customer. They took the time to make sure they knew what I wanted, talked me through the options, and then worked through the paperwork and details in a timely manner. When I left, I left satisfied that I purchased the vehicle I wanted at a price I was willing to pay... And I got to work with great people in the process. More
I was met by Cynthia Roy, Internet Sales Representative, when I entered the Dealership Lot. I asked Cynthia many questions about the Impreza and the Crosstrek. Over the next few days I asked more questions by Email, and She responded with the answers for Me.I explained that the vehicle was to be My Wife's and that My Wife was dreading coming in to the dealership to deal with a Sales Person. Cynthia promised Me that She would make my Wife's visit to the dealership a pleasant one. My Wife and I decided to come to the dealership on Friday, May 28, 2013. Cynthia made my Wife feel comfortable immediately, as She showed Her the vehicles features, and answered Her questions. My Wife decided that She wanted a Crosstrek with a specific color and equipment. Cynthia located one in Sacramento, Ca. We made an appointment to purchase the vehicle for 10:30, Tuesday, May 28, 2013. On Tuesday, Cynthia had brought the vehicle from Sacramento, Ca, and had it all cleaned up for our viewing. She took the time to show us how to use the NAV system, the Phone system, and the Back Up Camera. We purchased the vehicle, and are grateful for the assistance that Cynthia Roy gave us. More
