after having issues with another dealership regarding my car repair it was established that Nissan warranty would cover my repairs. Joe from the service dept. was truly a excellent representation of the Nis car repair it was established that Nissan warranty would cover my repairs. I had water spots on my newly purchased car that I bought at Nissan Lithia and Tanner - Service Advisor did an amazing job assisting me! My wife and I want to thank Tanner, we are so pleased that Tann bought at Nissan Lithia and Tanner - Service Advisor did an amazing job assisting me! My wife and I want to thank Tanner, we are so pleased that Tanner helped us feel appreciated and he went above and beyond and provided Excellent customer service!! When I told Tanner that I noticed additional water spots on the hood of my car, he immediately addressed my concern and took care it! I received the worst customer service here. They never updated me with my vehicle I would have to keep calling. They let me know that it would be about a week and that turned into a month. From there they updated me with my vehicle I would have to keep calling. They let me know that it would be about a week and that turned into a month. From there they ordered a part without my consent I had let them know that I did not want that fixed on my car yet they went and ordered that part without letting me know and that part is 1800 they never called me and asked me about it. I had called them about five times and they never brought up that part to me. I even went in person and they never told me they had ordered this part. The original part that needed to be fixed hasn't even been ordered. So basically they have had my car in the shop for over a month giving me misleading information, ordering expensive parts without my consent or permission, ignoring my phone calls, yelling at me when I am rightfully mad for them not fixing what they should have originally i dont know why they treated me this way maybe because I am young and a women but all I can say is that they have caused me emotional distress, wasted my time, and treated me disrespectful. Not only that whenever I ask for a manager they refuse to bring me one so I don't know what to do or whats even really wrong with my car I am frustrated and disappointed. More
