So many negative reviews and comments for this Service Department why is Mike the Service Manager. Yet Top Management continues to allow him to take customer service down the rabbit hole. I came back to Department why is Mike the Service Manager. Yet Top Management continues to allow him to take customer service down the rabbit hole. I came back to Lithia to purchase my second car. Because even with the recall service Tyler Davis Next Door at Hyundia was honest, straight forward, and i trusted. Mike is the total opposite. Everybody including the phone operators, advisors under him take part in his definition of customer service. Leaving you sit on Hold for 7 and 11 minutes on while trying to get status of my vehicle. Hés got everybody under him lying, ignoring you when you call. I got a work order when I brought my car in but didn't get one when they finished my car. They left my keys up at sales with my car. After 4 days nothing was fixed on my car. It's still not fixed. I have no trust in what anyone says there. I think they know this car is a piece of xxxx and want my warranty to run out. 500 miles and its wrong. What new car experience. I am 65 and single trying to work and my car is my life. The first time they had it for 4 days they told me it had to go to dodge for a software update with my start/stop warning light and emergency brake switch would engage and could not accelerate. Well they lied. I called Dodge gave her my last 8 of the vin. She said my car was up to date. I then asked if you could see an update this week she said no none. I told I bought this car from Lithia Nissan and they are telling me that you updated it. She got quite and said your vehicle has never been here. I thanked her after. The work order i asked for said they replaced one battery.. the mileage in was 50024 mileage out was 50025. CHECK AND ADVISE.they had it for 4 days. Had it for one day and I took it right back and now they are saying the same thing (not on paper). This time I called dodge talked to the same girl and she said because Lithia as it there they can't give out any information. In otherworldly yes its there. I lost 45 hours this pay period because I didn't have a way to get to work. I bring home $960 every two weeks this check is gonna be 700 short. So they hired someone who could be there to take care of a 92 year old lady.. Tuesday i had an apt at 1 Brian was my advisor this time too.. it stated on the work order that i was a waiter. I said there allvday long slowly employees are leaving. Its 5 30 one advisor left i asked him about my car and he went and came back yo tell me they have made an apt at dodge for morning. So how am i gonna get home its dark and cold and I'm sitting outside waiting for a ride.. I have no words to describe how I felt inside.. still feel inside.. This company is so TOXIC i have never felt so insulted and humiliated. Lithia should be ashamed to let these people exist and thrive. If management. No wait Corporate because management is the problem here at Lithia Nissan of Fresno. I NEED MY TRADE IN BACKneed a different car and I refuse to continue to let these people treat people like the predator car lots on Blackstone. More
I have a lifetime oil change through Lithia. I came to get a routine oil change and was told it would take no longer than an hour and a half. THREE hours later I was told my drain plug had been I came to get a routine oil change and was told it would take no longer than an hour and a half. THREE hours later I was told my drain plug had been stripped (which was caused by them). No one communicated with me and I had to be the one to ask what was going on. Will not be coming back. Very frustrated. More
