Tanner is the ONLY Saving Grace! TANNER is the only one in Service who genuinely cares for the customer! Very professional, courteous, sincere. Disappointed I was told to have an oil change without an apt could take 2 to 4 hours. So I made an appointment and arranged my day around this appointment. With I was told to have an oil change without an apt could take 2 to 4 hours. So I made an appointment and arranged my day around this appointment. With an apt I was told the oil change will be completed in an hour to an hour and a half. After an hour and a half my car was Not even looked at! In addition, Poor customer service. I had to leave. They provide transportation to and from home or work if you can't wait in there cool and comfy waiting areas which by the way offer free donuts, and have a coffee bar station all free for their guest. As for the sales department, I drove several cars while having my vehicle serviced and staff there were pretty nice and ready to find a perfect vehicle match for your needs. More

Oil change I went in at 1:15 . My appointment was at 1:30 I went in early thinking I would go in and out faster. LARRY the manager attended me and told me it was I went in at 1:15 . Wen my car was finally done they didn’t even call me to tell me it was done. What a disappointment More
