Tanner is the ONLY Saving Grace! TANNER is the only one in Service who genuinely cares for the customer! Very professional, courteous, sincere. Disappointed I was told to have an oil change without an apt could take 2 to 4 hours. So I made an appointment and arranged my day around this appointment. With I was told to have an oil change without an apt could take 2 to 4 hours. So I made an appointment and arranged my day around this appointment. With an apt I was told the oil change will be completed in an hour to an hour and a half. After an hour and a half my car was Not even looked at! In addition, Poor customer service. I had to leave. As for the sales department, I drove several cars while having my vehicle serviced and staff there were pretty nice and ready to find a perfect vehicle match for your needs. More
