I waited 4.75 hours and was never at the very least given an update on why it was taking so long. I asked a young lady to check. Usually get great service from Joseph but was helped by another today and he was very rude. Didnt even text when my car was done. Left me sitting for an hour while my car was ready. I had to go ask Joseph another today and he was very rude. Didnt even text when my car was done. Left me sitting for an hour while my car was ready. I had to go ask Joseph and he finished everything for me while the other guy walked off like he didnt know me. And no car wash. Usually they give a comp car wash. Nope not today. I guess. Came in on Saturday the 15th of February to get battery replaced. Name on receipt says Tanner Lawson. It was an older gentleman.
