I still get good service here but this last time felt different. When I pulled into the garage I had to get out of the car to find someone.to notice I was there for my appointment. I had great service. But I was a bit confused about where to check in. There was a door to a little room that said “reception” or something like that. I bought my car brand new from Lithia Nissan of Fresno. Never had an issue with the car itself. I’ve had the car since 2018. Basically they just hand me my keys and throw me out. I would appreciate some feedback on any recommendations they have that my car would need. At the end of the day they are the professionals. More
