So many negative reviews and comments for this Service Department why is Mike the Service Manager. Yet Top Management continues to allow him to take customer service down the rabbit hole. Because even with the recall service Tyler Davis Next Door at Hyundia was honest, straight forward, and i trusted. Mike is the total opposite. Everybody including the phone operators, advisors under him take part in his definition of customer service. Leaving you sit on Hold for 7 and 11 minutes on while trying to get status of my vehicle. Hés got everybody under him lying, ignoring you when you call. I got a work order when I brought my car in but didn't get one when they finished my car. They left my keys up at sales with my car. After 4 days nothing was fixed on my car. It's still not fixed. I have no trust in what anyone says there. I think they know this car is a piece of xxxx and want my warranty to run out. 500 miles and its wrong. What new car experience. I am 65 and single trying to work and my car is my life. The first time they had it for 4 days they told me it had to go to dodge for a software update with my start/stop warning light and emergency brake switch would engage and could not accelerate. Well they lied. I called Dodge gave her my last 8 of the vin. She said my car was up to date. I then asked if you could see an update this week she said no none. I told I bought this car from Lithia Nissan and they are telling me that you updated it. She got quite and said your vehicle has never been here. I thanked her after. The work order i asked for said they replaced one battery.. the mileage in was 50024 mileage out was 50025. CHECK AND ADVISE.they had it for 4 days. Had it for one day and I took it right back and now they are saying the same thing (not on paper). This time I called dodge talked to the same girl and she said because Lithia as it there they can't give out any information. In otherworldly yes its there. I lost 45 hours this pay period because I didn't have a way to get to work. I bring home $960 every two weeks this check is gonna be 700 short. So they hired someone who could be there to take care of a 92 year old lady.. Tuesday i had an apt at 1 Brian was my advisor this time too.. it stated on the work order that i was a waiter. I said there allvday long slowly employees are leaving. Its 5 30 one advisor left i asked him about my car and he went and came back yo tell me they have made an apt at dodge for morning. So how am i gonna get home its dark and cold and I'm sitting outside waiting for a ride.. I have no words to describe how I felt inside.. still feel inside.. This company is so TOXIC i have never felt so insulted and humiliated. Lithia should be ashamed to let these people exist and thrive. If management. No wait Corporate because management is the problem here at Lithia Nissan of Fresno. I NEED MY TRADE IN BACKneed a different car and I refuse to continue to let these people treat people like the predator car lots on Blackstone. More
I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan from these guys for a good price. On the 2.5 hour drive home, I lost a panel. Overall, I had a good experience and got a fair (not great, not terrible) deal on a certified used SUV. They stayed true to their word and fixed a few issues after purchase -- but I was persistent (to t great, not terrible) deal on a certified used SUV. I am shocked at how me & my father were treated by Jerry the "sales manager" Jerry was beyond out of line & disrespectful. He got very defensive when I noticed the registration fee was $300 over what I was quoted on the purchase order I picked up a couple days ago...he told me he was "very busy" & that we were "waisting his time" & basically told us to leave if we weren't going to sign at that moment. All for simply wanting him to put the correct registration fee amount...To say I was shocked is an understatement, I wish I would have seen all the horrible reviews before I cut my vacation short to come back to Fresno to make a deal with these xxxxxxxx. Lithia Nissan clearly has a bad reputation for treating their customers like garbage. More
Bought a used truck from them and had it shipped to Colorado where I live. Truck arrived with the A/C and rear door electric window not working! They issued a California Title when I told them I lived in Colorado? Been 4 months and still trying to get the truck registered in my name! I have purchased many vehicles from out of state in the past, and never had any issues! Worst expeirence I have ever had! Not recommended! More
I have a lifetime oil change through Lithia. I came to get a routine oil change and was told it would take no longer than an hour and a half. THREE hours later I was told my drain plug had been stripped (which was caused by them). No one communicated with me and I had to be the one to ask what was going on. Will not be coming back. Very frustrated. More

Not a so good experience…. spent 5 minutes waiting for a rep to pull a specific car I saw online to the front for me to view, they got me to only walk me around the entire lot a spent 5 minutes waiting for a rep to pull a specific car I saw online to the front for me to view, they got me to only walk me around the entire lot asking if I like this car or that car (plus I didn’t see that car I was inquiring about on the lot). I informed the rep I was only interested in the one I came to see. Was told to wait again and that a manager was going to pull it out for me. They had me wait for 10-15 minutes and I had enough and started walking back to my car. I noticed the sales rep and so call manager walking towards me to only turn away and ignore me without the car I was inquiring about. Customer service was below average, wasted about 30 minutes of my time and at the end of the day I didn’t even see or confirm the car I was inquiring about was available. I recommend other customers to avoid this place and look elsewhere. More
