Esperanza or “Espe” as they call her at Lithia Nissan Fresno, was unprofessional, not knowledgeable at all & explained things horribly. Aside from that she pushed items as “included with the price” when Fresno, was unprofessional, not knowledgeable at all & explained things horribly. Aside from that she pushed items as “included with the price” when really they were additional charges. & let me not get to her email responses… the grammar & the way she words things proves she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Do not recommend this salesperson nor this dealership AT ALL! Horrible service, horrible management, no one ever knows what’s going on, finance people will add services & “accessory” fees to your contract without your consent & rush you to sign. More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This experience has been a nightmare from the beginning. The car I was interested in was listed for 16k, and that was the price we agreed on. A couple of days later I got the finance paperwork and was actually financed for almost 21k. Lithia might come back and say Well, you signed the paperwork. Yeah, because I trusted you to get it right and not take advantage of me. Why would I buy a 4 year old car for $2000 less than a brand new one of the same model? Then, 2 months and 1 week later (so 1 week past their default warranty) the car wont start. I take it in and they say its fixed. A week later and Im back with the same issue. Now they are refusing to cover just a simple fix because the warranty was out by a week. Completely dishonest every time I have to deal with them. More
