Bad day I normally have a good experience here but this was terrible. I pulled in and there were 3 cars behind me. All 3 of them were helped and their cars ta I normally have a good experience here but this was terrible. I pulled in and there were 3 cars behind me. All 3 of them were helped and their cars taken while I sat there and waited. I interrupted some else getting helped before me and was told to wait. When I finally was helped I added that I also needed an additional service but was told I couldn’t because I didn’t mention it when I made the appointment but I made the appointment by phone and was told to just tell them when I show up. I was furious and of course started to act up. Staff was courteous but not helpful. Oil change was timely I guess. More

Frustrating start but finished well I was very upset when I arrived and was told they wouldn't have time to do my 90k mile service, which is what I had specifically made an appointment f I was very upset when I arrived and was told they wouldn't have time to do my 90k mile service, which is what I had specifically made an appointment for to get it done before leaving on vacation. I went around and around with the salesman who seemed rather inexperienced. When I finally got him to get the manager, the manager told him to get it done. So we didn't have to wait they put us in a rental and were able to continue on our trip the car needed a transmission they ordered it and installed it in a manner of days and was ready when we were on our way home!
