Messy driveway after oil change This makes 2 times now that my car leaks oil from the oil drain plug after having my oil changed at Lithia. A simple fix? Sure is! Except that it took four hours out of an extremely busy Saturday to have Lithia Nissan svc ctr. make it right. To ice the cake, the shuttle driver that was sent to pick up my wife was late and when she spoke to him he was rude to her and hung up on her. This was very upsetting to say the least. More
It sucked I was told they would call me and they never did. I had to have my car towed to them and they never asked why it was being towed. I had to call them just to find out if they had gotten my car and they told me they were putting a new speed sensor on it I asked if they had run diagnostics on the car they said no. So they supposedly”fixed” the issue that nearly killed me without me telling them anything. Worst ever service will never recommend Nissan to anyone because I wouldn't want anyone to have the same experience as me. More

Worst service - will avoid all Lithia now. I took my Nissan vehicle to the dealership believing that they were experts in servicing my vehicle, a Nissan Cube. They claimed they would fix the v I took my Nissan vehicle to the dealership believing that they were experts in servicing my vehicle, a Nissan Cube. They claimed they would fix the vehicle and call me with a quote for 4 new tires. After having the vehicle 5 hours, they never called. After I called them, they told me they fixed it for free, and the tires were not available. After I arrived, they told me they Did NOT fix it at all, and that the tires were not available. The next day, I took the vehicle to GoodGuys, they fixed the problem right away with a part that was readily available from local parts suppliers, and I bought the tires from them. Nissan Service lied to me about my vehicle, which my wife uses to drive treacherous mountain roads and it is very important that it is safe to drive. I will never return to any Lithia business, and I will tell everyone I know not to use them or their affiliates. If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. This is their business practice for their customers. I cannot afford to be lied to about my vehicle. More
