Tanner is the ONLY Saving Grace! TANNER is the only one in Service who genuinely cares for the customer! Very professional, courteous, sincere. Disappointed I was told to have an oil change without an apt could take 2 to 4 hours. So I made an appointment and arranged my day around this appointment. With I was told to have an oil change without an apt could take 2 to 4 hours. So I made an appointment and arranged my day around this appointment. With an apt I was told the oil change will be completed in an hour to an hour and a half. After an hour and a half my car was Not even looked at! In addition, Poor customer service. I had to leave. They provide transportation to and from home or work if you can't wait in there cool and comfy waiting areas which by the way offer free donuts, and have a coffee bar station all free for their guest.
